Dog-friendly Places To Visit In Kent

If you love your dog(s) as much as I do, I’m sure the question that always crosses your mind is, “Can I bring the dog?” Here are a few of my favourite places to bring your four-legged friends in Kent that might help.

Walkies!

Horton Kirby Not too far from the popular shopping centre Bluewater, this walk covers 3.2 miles of meadows, open fields and follows the beautiful River Darent. If your dog loves the water, this is the place to take them. Look out for all of the birds and wildlife!

Hucking Estate Hucking offers breathtaking views and a mix of ancient woodland, new trees and open grassland. Visit in late march to early may for the most spectacular bluebells. Stop at the Hook and Hatchet pub afterwards for a refreshment.

Conyer – This little village has some nice waterside walks along the Conyer Creek and the Swale River. You can tailor the walk to any length, we prefer to loop back to the pub!

  1. Riverside Country Park 2. Oare Marshes 3. Reculver 4.Barton Point
